Bosko's Party
Synopsis
In *Bosko's Whistle Stop*, Bosko whistles "It Ain't Gonna Rain No Mo" as he walks down a rain-soaked sidewalk, using his umbrella as a makeshift sailboat to cross a flooded street. Meanwhile, Honey is getting dressed and made up for an occasion. Just as she is about to remove her nightgown, she notices the audience watching her and retreats behind a modesty screen, though a mirror still reveals her to the viewers. Bosko arrives at Honey's home, where one of her friends answers the door. Unbeknownst to her, several other friends are downstairs waiting for a surprise birthday party. Honey's small yapping dog causes trouble both before and during the celebration. An even greater disruption comes from her pupil, a kitten who hides under a flowerpot and struggles to escape. Once free, the kitten triggers a minor catastrophe.
