Boss Wants a Happy Ending
Synopsis
Sinan is sent to Cappadocia by his boss, Isfendiyar, to write a screenplay. While waiting for inspiration, Sinan first meets Eylul, the daughter of Izzet, who owns the hotel where he is staying, and later encounters Faruk, a former close friend and now an enemy who is a soap opera star. Soon after, cabdriver Lokman, who introduces himself as Sinan's "chauffeur," and Arif, a local farmer and horse breeder, become part of both Sinan's life and his screenplay. As Sinan experiences numerous adventures among the magical fairy chimneys, colorful balloons, and at the annual grape festival, the events begin to resemble a movie for everyone involved. However, the happy ending that Isfendiyar expects never materializes. Despite this, Isfendiyar insists on a happy ending, and Sinan is left to write it.
