Bringing Christmas Home
Synopsis
Caroline Upton, a retired military officer turned Military History professor, is asked by antiques store owner Russell Carlisle to help locate the family of WWII Army officer Orin Newton before Christmas, in hopes of returning his personal artifacts—his dress uniform, medals, and a collection of love letters from his sweetheart, Alice, who was waiting for him at home. Initial clues come from the epaulettes and insignia found with the items, but the search hits a roadblock when Caroline discovers that Orin was captured and declared missing in action. Determined to learn more, Caroline and Russell turn to the love letters for hints about Orin’s fate and whether he ever returned to Alice.
