Brookside: The Lost Weekend
Synopsis
A special video-only story set on Brookside Close was released following a five-night-a-week storyline that ended on Friday, 14th November 1997 with a cliffhanger. The video serves as the conclusion to the story, which involves kidnapping, extortion, and violence. The action-packed episode includes appearances from past characters, such as Sheila Grant (Sue Johnston) and Barry Grant (Paul Usher). It was written by series creator Phil Redmond.
