“The Ipcress File's Harry Palmer is back.... and the Cold War is heating up again!”
Synopsis
After the Cold War ends, long-time British agent Harry Palmer loses his job and is soon approached by a Russian named Alex. In St. Petersburg, Alex informs Harry of his vision for Russia's future, which is jeopardized by the theft of a deadly biochemical weapon known as the Red Death. He offers Harry a generous reward to recover it. An ex-spy friend warns Harry that the weapon is being transported to Beijing by train, where the true allegiances of the characters begin to emerge.
