Synopsis
A filmmaker discovers a box of video tapes that depict a disturbing film project created by two students, centered around a local horror legend known as The Peeping Tom. Determined to prove the story is real and to release it as his own work, he becomes consumed by the project, leading himself and his film crew deeper into its unsettling mystery.
