By Hoot or by Crook
Synopsis
While Hoot was chasing the notorious bank robber The Fox, his horse discovers the Fox's costume, and Hoot, for fun, dresses up in it. One of the delivery men, mistakenly believing Hoot to be the real Fox, hands him the strongbox containing the town's payroll. Hoot Kloot must then return the box to the bank while still dressed as the Fox. Meanwhile, the real Fox has a different plan in mind.
