Synopsis
A narrator recounts the journey of Western pioneers, all depicted as Goofy lookalikes, traveling by covered wagon across the frontier. They encounter a group of Indigenous people, also portrayed as Goofy lookalikes, leading to a battle between the two groups. Suddenly, a tornado appears and lifts the covered wagons into the air, dropping them into fictional states named "Wash," "Organ," and "Californy."
