Synopsis
A man named Marcel Carné met a camera one day. From this unusual love were born some of the masterpieces of French cinema. Christian-Jaque reminds us of this, from "Drôle de drame" to "Les enfants du paradis" through "Le jour se lève", "Les portes de la nuit" or "Les visiteurs du soir". The past, present and future life of Marcel Carné is mixed with extracts from his main films.
