Cazuza: Time Doesn't Stop
Synopsis
The film, inspired by Lucinha Araújo’s book Só as Mães São Felizes, chronicles more than ten years of Cazuza’s tumultuous life, beginning with his debut at the Circo Voador venue in 1981, continuing through the peak of his performances with Barão Vermelho and his solo career, and depicting his relationships with parents, friends, lovers and passions, as well as his struggle with HIV leading up to his death in 1990.
