Synopsis

In the vast plains of the American Northwest, three determined women each pursue their own course: a lawyer who must contend with a difficult client, a wife and mother whose ambitions to build her ideal home begin to expose tensions in her marriage, and a solitary ranch hand who develops an uncertain connection with a young law student.
