Synopsis
Three young women received death sentences in the notorious Manson murder case, but when capital punishment was abolished, their sentences were commuted to life imprisonment. A young graduate student was assigned to teach them, and through her perspective, we observe their transformations as they confront the reality of their brutal crimes.
