Christmas in Tattertown
Synopsis
In this animated tale, narrated by an anthropomorphic saxophone, a young girl named Debbie, her pet dog, and her toy doll Muffet are transported to a magical world called Tattertown. There, Muffet comes to life and, desiring freedom, refuses to return to Debbie. As Debbie explores Tattertown, she discovers that the town has no Christmas and sets out to bring holiday cheer. However, Christmas reminds Muffet of the day she was given to Debbie, prompting her to plot its sabotage with the help of her minion, Spider. The story served as a pilot for Nickelodeon's second-ever series, created by Ralph Bakshi, and was later repurposed into a Christmas special.
