Synopsis
Kieu Chinh, a veteran actor with a 68-year career, is returning to Vietnam for the first time to compete at the Danang Film Festival. Her film *Chrysalis* is an adaptation of Daniel K. Winn's memoir. Chinh's career has largely taken place outside Vietnam, with notable roles in Hollywood films like *The Joy Luck Club* and *The Sympathizer*. This festival appearance marks a significant return to her roots. The film is expected to highlight her journey and the cultural themes that have defined her career.
