Synopsis
*Citizen Ruth* follows Ruth Stoops, a woman who goes unnoticed by society until she becomes pregnant, suddenly drawing attention from everyone around her. The film is a comedy that explores her entanglement in a chaotic and absurd conflict, as a variety of loud and eccentric individuals vie for influence, ultimately turning her life into a media spectacle.
