Synopsis

City Hunter, a globally recognized hero, becomes involved in an adventure that leads him into the political complexities of a Third World country and the emotional turmoil of a man's troubled history. James McGuire's life is so perilous that he must employ bodyguards for his Secret Service agents. This situation is further complicated by the fact that his chief agent is his long-lost daughter. Fortunately for McGuire, City Hunter and Kaori are in need of work, as they are behind on their rent. However, a dark secret from McGuire's past jeopardizes both him and his estranged daughter, Anna. The story raises questions about whether McGuire will survive to save his country, whether his resentful daughter will come to love him again, and whether City Hunter will finally get some action.
