Synopsis
*Class Action Park* examines the legend, legacy, and truth behind the 1980s water park in Vernon, New Jersey, which has long since entered the realm of myth. Known for its dangerous, unsupervised rides and lack of regulation, guests of Action Park often left with injuries and were fortunate to exit unharmed. The film avoids nostalgic framing, instead employing investigative journalism, original animations, recordings, and interviews with those who experienced it firsthand to uncover the true story of Action Park.
