Closing the Ring

Synopsis
In the 1940s a group of young men depart for war, leaving behind Ethel Ann, who is in love with one of them, Teddy. In present‑day Belfast, Jimmy attempts to return a ring recovered from the wreckage of a crashed plane. He travels to Michigan, where the adult Ethel Ann now lives after marrying another man following Teddy’s death in battle. Ethel Ann must decide whether to accompany Jimmy to meet the soldier who was the last person to see Teddy alive.
