Synopsis
After a massive earthquake reduces the world to rubble, the extent of the destruction and its cause remain unknown. In the center of Seoul, the only structure left standing is Hwang Gung Apartments. As time goes on, outsiders begin to arrive at the building, seeking refuge from the extreme cold. The residents soon find themselves overwhelmed by the growing number of newcomers. Faced with a threat to their survival, they implement a special measure to address the situation.
