A disgraced police officer must protect a confessed serial killer from vengeful families and a mysterious new claimant to the crimes, as the truth unravels in a deadly game of deception.

Synopsis
Fifteen years after a serial killer's murder spree, he resurfaces with the publication of a book that details his crimes. A resentful police officer, who previously failed to capture him, is assigned to protect him. Meanwhile, the families of the victims begin plotting revenge. As the media coverage escalates into a full-blown circus, a masked man known as "J" emerges, claiming to be the real killer.
