Synopsis

Samantha "Sam" Hoyt, a young career woman, falls for Benjamin "Ben" Rosen, who romances her more effectively than anyone before. She eagerly accepts his proposal of engagement. While Ben initially finds the bride-to-be's obsession with the perfect wedding challenging, he soon discovers that Sam's enthusiasm is particularly intense. The situation becomes more complicated when they meet each other's parents, as the differences between Jewish and Christian wedding traditions create significant obstacles. They spend time preparing for the wedding while living together. However, new challenges arise when the key client for Sam's advertising campaign is revealed to be Luke Stinson, the charming and attractive gay man from her college days, with whom she never had the chance to pursue a relationship due to a serious fall that occurred just as they were about to kiss. Luke remains as captivating, handsome, and appealing as ever, and is irresistibly attractive to many women at first sight.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 19

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
