Despite this, Holocaust denial has resurfaced as a topic in political discourse. Over the 75 years since the liberation of the Nazi concentration camps, various factors have contributed to the distortion or misunderstanding of the event's significance. Questions remain about the relevance of the Holocaust today and why its historical accuracy continues to be challenged.
