Synopsis
A chronicle offering a rare perspective on the international view of the Iraq War, produced by Al Jazeera, the most popular news outlet in the Arab world. The network faced criticism from Cabinet members and Pentagon officials for its perceived pro-Iraqi bias and was strongly condemned for regularly broadcasting images of civilian casualties and American prisoners of war. Al Jazeera has revealed—and continues to show—details of the Iraq War that the Bush administration sought to obscure.
