Synopsis

Gang leader Tony executes a major diamond heist with his crew, but cop-turned-criminal Ling discovers who has the stolen goods and retaliates by kidnapping Tony's daughter and holding her for ransom. Complicating matters, Tony has also lost track of the diamonds. As he desperately searches for both his daughter and the jewels, Tony teams up with a high-kicking government agent who previously worked with Ling and is now seeking revenge against him.
