Crash: The Mystery of Flight 1501
“When Disaster Strikes Everybody Pays ... For One Woman The Price Was Too High.”
Synopsis
Diane and Greg Halstead were once happily married and decided to try for a baby in their later years, despite Diane having already experienced two miscarriages. Diane is unable to become pregnant, which leads to a growing estrangement between her and Greg. During one of his flights, Greg, a professional pilot, learns of a bomb threat on board. The bomber is reportedly targeting another passenger, an outspoken politician known for his views on abortion. Unbeknownst to the bomber, the politician had already left the plane due to a one-and-a-half-hour delay. Greg opts to make an emergency landing in Dayton, Ohio, but the plane crashes in heavy weather, killing nearly all passengers.

How many hands made this film
The scale of the collaboration
Principal cast & crew: 18
These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.
Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
