Synopsis
Cameron Grainger is a criminal psychologist and the top hostage negotiator in Detroit. After a crisis she is handling takes a tragic turn and results in the death of a young man, she takes personal responsibility and steps away from her duties. She is unexpectedly drawn back into a high-stakes situation when her own sister is taken hostage, and the perpetrators, who have a specific agenda, insist that Cameron be the one to negotiate her sister’s release.
