Synopsis
A single intense night in the lives of veteran LAPD patrol officer Ray Mandel and his trainee, the ambitious rookie cop Nick Holland, stationed in the department's Olympic Division. With two fugitives responsible for killing police officers still at large and seeking additional targets, Mandel and Holland must navigate a city on the verge of chaos, while also confronting Jack VanZandt, a rogue and unhinged officer seeking revenge who is causing havoc in their patrol area.
