Synopsis
Tony Thick, a New York City mobster, is expecting $5 million in cash to be delivered by Lenny Long from Los Angeles. When Lenny disappears, Thick is left uncertain whether he is dead or has fled with the money. To investigate, Thick sends Shady, one of his trusted associates, to Los Angeles. During his search, Shady encounters Lenny's desperate wife Sally, his ditzy mistress Eve, his brawny brother Louis, his eccentric neurosurgeon Dr. Hooker, and a cast of other odd characters. None of them know Lenny's whereabouts or what happened to him, but they are all aware that Lenny had promised them a share of the money. Lenny is later found in a coma at the San Fernandino hospital, and Shady must uncover the location of the missing cash.
