Synopsis
When political unrest compels a British-Caribbean dictator to abandon his island nation, he finds sanctuary with a rebellious teenage girl in a suburban American town. During his time with her, he instructs the young teen in the tactics of revolution, ultimately helping her challenge and overthrow the dominant "mean girls" at her high school.
