Synopsis
Katie, a shy newspaper accountant, anonymously submits a response to a "Dear Viola" letter to the editor at the paper where she works. She possesses a natural talent for writing to people and addressing the core of their concerns. Soon after, she takes over the newspaper's advice column and develops feelings for one of her correspondents. The entire town becomes engaged in the unfolding romance.
