Synopsis
In a blue-collar American town, a group of teenagers forms the Dandies, a gang of gunslingers led by Dick Dandelion. Despite carrying firearms, the group adheres to a strict code of pacifism. They eventually accept Sebastian, the grandson of Dick's childhood nanny, Clarabelle, who is afraid of the other gangs in the area. Dick and his companions attempt to protect Clarabelle, but a series of events forces the gang beyond mere posturing.
