Writer-director Rami Hamze sets out to make a difference and ends up antoginizing the people he set out to help. His documentary chronicles the tale of how his project "Kalk für alle" (Kalk for everybody) animated people and interest groups to pitch in ideas for making Kalk a better place for the inhabitants - for a price of 10.000 Euro.
