Der Typ, 13 Kinder & ich
Synopsis
Leon has removed from his life anything that might remind him of his childhood. Having grown up as an orphan under the care of his uncle Walter, the owner of a china factory, Leon now works there as a designer, attempting to modernize the company. However, Walter is resistant to change and holds traditional values. Leon’s girlfriend, Marina, is also employed at the factory, and their focus remains on work rather than starting a family. When Leon meets Esther, a woman raising thirteen children, he is initially tasked with persuading her to sell her dilapidated home to Walter for a business venture. But as Leon falls in love with Esther, his plans—and his carefully constructed life—begin to unravel.
