Der Zauber des Regenbogens
Synopsis
Lea Winter is a talented young architect from Berlin with a promising career. She becomes pregnant by Klaus Arnheim, her department head, with whom she has been in a long-term relationship. Klaus is married and has a family. When Lea announces her unexpected pregnancy, Klaus immediately suggests that she consider an abortion. However, Lea is uncertain about the decision. Following the advice of her gynecologist, she travels to Ireland for a few days to reflect and make a choice without external pressure. There, she discovers a simple and authentic way of life, encounters a different rhythm and set of values, and confronts her own feelings and priorities.
