Die Diebin & der General
Synopsis
Jessie Fischer, a single mother known for her sharp tongue, is sentenced to community service at a nursing home after being caught shoplifting and causing property damage. There, she meets Walter Voss, referred to as the General, an irritable retiree who has been abandoned by his adult children and sent to the facility. Moved by his situation, Jessie becomes determined to support him. However, when the General's costly pocket watch goes missing, Jessie—who has a recent conviction for theft—is suspected. The General intervenes, and the two set off on an unexpected journey to the coast.
