Synopsis
Bruno Lüdke (1908–1944) is the subject of a controversial story often described as one of the most extreme cases of mass murder in German criminal history. However, the narrative surrounding Lüdke is largely based on forged documents and fabricated news, emerging during the darkest years of the Third Reich. At the time, the principles of criminal justice were severely compromised by the totalitarian regime, which was beginning to show signs of collapse.
