Die Meute der Erben
Synopsis
Arno Adelmann, a former building contractor who appears grumpy at first but is ultimately quite likeable, finds new purpose in life when he temporarily takes in his neighbor, young pharmacist Ina, and her daughter Caro, in his villa. However, Adelmann's scheming daughters and their spouses believe the old man is about to squander his fortune on what they see as a cunning heiress. As a result, they petition the court for his legal incapacitation. Unbeknownst to them, the old nobleman is far from senile.
