Synopsis
This wartime publicity trailer, created by Norman McLaren, addresses the issue of wartime inflation and the importance of price control. The film employs single-frame animation, with pen drawings made directly onto 35mm film stock. The music was composed by Louis Applebaum, a prominent composer and advocate for the arts in Canada.
