Synopsis
Adapted from the work of Miguel de Cervantes, the story follows an hidalgo who is obsessed with chivalric romances and loses his mind, believing himself to be a knight named Don Quixote de La Mancha. He embarks on imagined adventures accompanied by his friend Sancho Panza, a simple farmer who becomes his squire. During their travels, they attempt to rescue distressed ladies and engage in battles, including fights against giants, among other dangers. Don Quixote longs to be reunited with his love, Lady Dulcinea, while Sancho hopes to be rewarded with an island where he will become a governor.
