Synopsis
Dr. Kochin, a villainous scientist, uses the dragon balls to resurrect his deceased mentor, Dr. Wheelo, with the goal of taking over the world. Dr. Wheelo, whose body was destroyed in an avalanche fifty years earlier, seeks the body of the strongest fighter in the world as a new vessel. Believing Roshi to be the strongest warrior, Dr. Kochin kidnaps Bulma and coerces Roshi into surrendering to save her. Upon learning of the abduction, Goku sets out to rescue them.
