Dreams Don't Die
Synopsis
Two young people in love—one a graffiti artist and the other a foster child—face challenges on the rough streets of New York City beyond the river. Officer Charles Banks discovers Danny tagging subway cars and later catches Teiresa selling drugs for another troubled teen, Kirk. Rather than reporting them, the officer offers both teens an opportunity to improve their lives together. However, changing their ways proves to be more difficult than initially anticipated.
