Synopsis

Nicole and Chase are neighbors with vastly different lives. They devise a plan to date each other in an effort to provoke the interest and jealousy of their romantic targets. As they organize a grand centennial celebration, they begin to realize that the person they have always wanted has been closer to them than they imagined.
