Synopsis

When a mid-air prison break occurs at 30,000 feet, U.S. Marshal Pete Nessip loses his brother and becomes determined to seek revenge. After being forced to relinquish his badge, he approaches Jessie Crossman, a prominent skydiver, and proposes a deal: he will sponsor her team for the annual Independence Day parachuting event in Washington, D.C., in exchange for her training him. At the same time, the orchestrator of the airborne escape is preparing a bold computer heist for Independence Day.
