Synopsis
In a future Earth where 98% of the surface is submerged underwater, a Warlord who commands an army of sharks faces a formidable challenge when he captures the daughter of a mysterious shark caller. To rescue her people from the Warlord's rule, she must learn to harness a supernatural ability.
