Ten years after the Go-Onger defeated the Gaiark, the Human World has experienced an unprecedented era of peace, largely due to the Isolation Barrier implemented by Minister of Defense Noizumi. However, this barrier has also cut off the connection between the Go-Ongers and their Engines. Compounding the issue, the Sentai Activity Ban Law has now branded the Go-Ongers as terrorists. In this climate, a mysterious young boy named Souji appears to them, carrying BeaRV's Engine Cast. Sosuke, as Go-On Red, and the others rescue him as he is being hunted by the special police. Unexpectedly, Saki, as Go-On Yellow, opposes them—she has since left the Go-Ongers and now works in the government's public relations office. The incident is set to escalate into a major crisis that could affect the entire world, and the fate of the Go-Ongers hangs in the balance.
