A young American dealer killed in a Tokyo raid becomes an out‑of‑body witness, racing against the relentless pull of death to protect his sister and confront the chaotic afterlife that threatens to swallow both their fates.
Synopsis
This surreal exploration of life after death is told entirely from the perspective of Oscar, a young American drug dealer and addict residing in Tokyo with his sister, Linda, who is a prostitute. After Oscar is killed by police during a botched raid, his spirit travels through time: revisiting the past to see his parents before their deaths, observing the present by witnessing his own autopsy, and then moving into the future, where he watches over his sister from beyond the grave.
