Synopsis
The life of legendary daredevil Robbie "Evel" Knievel is depicted in this biopic directed by John Badham. Before extreme sports became widespread, Knievel performed high-risk motorcycle stunts, leaping over canyons, crates of venomous snakes, and snarling cougars. As he accumulated wealth and world records—and suffered 35 broken bones—his lifestyle reflected a strong appetite for both adventure and indulgence, including a taste for liquor and women.
