Synopsis

In the spring of 1996, an international team of climbers attempts to summit Mount Everest. The film chronicles their extensive preparations, the journey to the summit, and their eventual return to Base Camp. It also highlights the numerous obstacles they encountered, such as avalanches, oxygen deprivation, dangerous ice walls, and a deadly blizzard.
