Synopsis

Javier is described as a “husband‑in‑law,” meaning that although he does not handle household or child‑care responsibilities, he knows exactly what should be done and frequently offers remarks such as “you do not organize” or “do not get nervous.” When his wife travels and leaves him alone with their five children, who range in age from four to twelve, Javier must confront the reality of caring for them. The resulting disorder at home escalates into a complete mess, yet it also provides an opportunity for the parents and children to interact and enjoy each other’s company for the first time.
