Follow Alice as she spirals into insanity. Twenty years ago it began with the killing rampage of the Black Rose Killer. No one could stop him. After having barely escaped his clutches, Alice spent the next twenty years moving from foster home to foster home and in and out of psychiatric institutions. Now, one week before the twentieth anniversary of her parents murder, the killing spree begins again. Alice believes that the killer is coming back for her. She sees him even when she's not asleep.
